Privacy notice — project requests

This notice explains how IVIA CODE LLP (“we”), trading as MQLSoftware, handles the details you send through the project request form on this website. It supplements the company-wide MQLSoftware Privacy Notice, which covers purchases, the Client Area and our other services.

Who is responsible

IVIA CODE LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, registration number OC450112. Registered office: Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, England, SE19 3BD. Contact: dev@mqlsoftware.com.

What we collect

We do not ask for passwords, card details or broker login details. Please don’t send them.

Why we use it

To review your request, reply to you and prepare a quote — steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. If you stop after step 1, we may contact you once about that inquiry; this is not marketing. We use the technical data to prevent spam and abuse of the form. If, and only if, you ticked the optional box, we may send you occasional updates; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Links you send

The website stores a link you provide as text. It does not download or open it. A person reviewing your request may open it.

How long we keep it

If you enter only your name and email and do not finish the request, we delete that unfinished inquiry automatically after 90 days. Finished requests are deleted automatically after 24 months unless they become part of a contract. If you decline reminders or an email bounces, we keep only a minimal record so that we continue to respect it.

One reminder about an unfinished request

If you enter your name and email but do not finish describing your project, we may send you one reminder about that request about 24 hours later. It is not marketing, and it contains a link to decline further reminders. We send no other emails unless you reply or ticked the optional updates box.

Who delivers our emails

Emails about your request are sent through our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which processes them on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to dev@mqlsoftware.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
